Secondhand/reclaimed materials: Breyer Stablemate G1 Arabian Mare
Description: I've customized several of this mold, and I still can't get enough of her! I started by removing her Breyer logo and seams, and carving her eyes, nostrils and mouth. I also resculpted her mare parts and added definition to her forelock. I then repainted her to a vivid red bay with two small socks and painted chestnuts, and glossed her eyes, nostrils, mouth, and hooves.
Her white markings are lightly textured and she has a few other tiny flaws, but she would be quite lovely in a conga or on her own. This model measures about 2 1/2" tall. She is not a toy, but is intended as an art piece, and should be handled with care.
