SpeedChip Hot Melt Chain Treatment

Silca's SpeedChip, designed to be used in conjunction with Silca's Secret Chain Blend Hot Wax, is a special race day wax additive, made to boost your drivetrain efficiency so that you can achieve more speed with less energy during a typical TT, triathlon, road or gravel event.

For competitions lasting six hours or less, this additive transforms the hot wax into the fastest lubricant available, which delivers a 6% efficiency gain, translating to two watts saved of a 400-watt input and giving you an edge over the competition when it matters most.

Waxing your chain delivers benefits over traditional petroleum-based lubricants including time saved, through less requirement to clean debris from your drivetrain, and better efficiency, in terms of smooth running and less wear of expensive indoor, road, gravel or mountain bike drivetrains.

Coming as a puck that will optimise one chain, SpeedChip is designed to be used in conjunction with Silca's Ultimate Chain Waxing System.
