Vintage 1975 Porcelain Chamber Pot Potty Hand Painted Signed Bathroom Décor Farmhouse Décor Plant Holder
This beautiful handmade, hand painted chamber pot/planter is from our large collection of all things vintage.
It is signed on the base by the artist: OMJ 75. There is also a chop mark with a dot and slash.
The painted piece is just stunning. Green "clouds" along the base. The front of the piece has an abstract design in green blue red (almost like a red ball of a sun peeking out of a cloud). The rest of the pot has burnt yellow fluffy clouds with the reverse side showing a red semi circle slightly hidden by the clouds.
Along the edge of the rim is a blue line with a red dot continual pattern. The handle is burnt yellow with a thin black line.
Unfortunately, the piece has a significant crack as you can see in the photos. I believe years ago my dad tried to repair it with the glue of the day. I chose to list it nonetheless. It is a charming piece.
