This is a stunning glass paperweight/giant glass marble from artist Gavin Heath out of Laguna Beach, California. Rare and one-of-a-kind. This is signed by the artist and there are not many of these floating around. Beautiful in it’s perfectly round form. Perfect for artisan marble and paperweight collectors. Gavin Heath is originally from South Africa, and has worked for decades in the glassblowing realm. He is best known for his African-based animal works, which can be seen in art galleries around the world. Occasionally some of these older pieces pop up, and collectors tend to snag them up quite fast when they appear. Gallery level work from an established glassblowing artisan.
