- 2-piece Honda power steering pump O-ring kit. Replaces Honda OEM 91345-RDA-A01 (large outlet O-ring) and 91370-SV4-000 (small inlet O-ring). Cross-references with 91345-PAA-A01 and 91345-PDA-E01. Manufactured from premium fluorocarbon (Viton) rubber compound resistant to power steering fluid, heat, and pressure cycling.
- Fixes the most common Honda power steering pump leaks. Symptoms of failed O-rings include power steering fluid leaking from the pump area (red or brown drips under the engine), low fluid level requiring frequent top-offs, whining or groaning noise from the pump (air entering through bad seals), and stiff steering at low speeds. These O-rings deteriorate over time from heat, pressure cycling, and chemical exposure.
- Replacing these O-rings is the cheapest and most common fix for Honda power steering leaks. Many DIY mechanics and shops will replace the entire pump when only the O-rings have failed — wasting hundreds on unnecessary parts. Always replace the O-rings first before condemning the pump itself.
- Installation: disconnect high-pressure and low-pressure hoses at the pump, remove old O-rings with a pick, clean sealing surfaces, lubricate new O-rings with fresh power steering fluid, install into hose fittings, reconnect hoses, refill with Honda PSF or PSF-II (NOT generic ATF or universal PSF — will damage system), and bleed by turning wheel lock-to-lock with engine running.
