14KT Antique Victorian Pin White & Yellow Gold Sapphire Hallmarked Brooch
Delicate but smaller victorian brooch. The filigree is in immaculate condition. In the center is a blue sapphire stone. The stone is bezel set into the white gold filigree square. There is a hallmark on the clutch which reads 14kt simply stamped. It is an old C clasp with a lock. The pin clasp is tight and secure. This piece measures 1" wide. The filigree design also encompasses the sides as well.
Condition is very very good for its age. This piece comes from my own private stash. My best guess on the age is circa 1900s to 1910s however it could be Edwardian - I am not an expert.
