Shipping and Transit: Pies are shipped in a frozen state and are managed to thaw naturally during transit. This controlled thawing process is critical to ensure the pies are ready to consume upon arrival. Shelf Life Post-Thaw: Once thawed, the pies have a shelf life of 21 days. We strongly suggest that customers consume the pies within this timeframe to experience them at their highest freshness and quality. Handling Instructions: When you receive it, customers should make sure that the pies are stored at room temperature in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
