This is a stunner for prom, formal, gala, wedding, party, and quinceneara events. It is dainty yet sophisticated in such a pretty bright blue.
It is new having never been worn. It has the Mac Duggal wear prevention tag as shown, but is missing brand hang tags. I see no flaws in the beautiful crystal embellished sleeves or in the thick satin skirt. It will likely need steamed after transport with the crinoline and lining underneath.
