<p>The Bay Rat Lures Slash is a custom quality, hand painted, suspending, jerkbait. </p><p>The Bay Rat Lures Slash Rat will take a wide variety of game fish, including, but in no way limited to Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Muskie, Snook, Striped Bass, and Peacock Bass. When jerked or twitched the Bay Rat Lures Slash Rat features a side to side action mimicking a dying or injured baitfish. The slight nose down orientation and ever-so-slow rise at rest often trigger strikes during pauses in the retrieve. The Bay Rat Lures Slash Rat features an internal weight transfer system allowing for long distance casts without tumbling end over end getting tangled in the line. </p><p>The Bay Rat Lures Slash Rat will allow you to cover lots of water, triggering those reactionary strikes. The Slash Rat performs well year round, but shines during the spring and fall periods along wind-blown banks, main lake points, and along the deeper edges of flats. </p>
