American girl doll Ruthie Smithens with her original box. Beautiful doll in very good like new condition. This was a display doll. I purchased this doll from a young adult selling her childhood collection. She did not play with the dolls which is a little sad but she is in amazing condition because of that:) The hair is soft, shiny,original curls and uncut. No dryness or frizz. The face is clean no ink marks and the eyes open and close properly. The cloth body is clean no rips or stains and the neck strings/body tag are in tact. The limbs are clean no ink/marker stains and they are tight. She has bee recently restrung with white elastic bands and metal clamps. She can hold a pose no problem. She will come with her additional accessories (black purse, handkerchief and watch). The outfit is clean no rips or stains and comes with her HTF socks.
