Even though the chipset is B760 the cpu is fully unlocked and can be overclocked in XTU
PCIe 16x slot is fully usable at Gen 4 speeds with ReBar support so there's no limitation or lock from intel.
To use XTU or Throttlestop for undervolting VBS/Core isolation would need to be disabled in windows.
The bios has already been updated to the latest firmware revision.
This is a direct mount with the exposed silicon, so I do recommend a good heatsink and not tightening it too hard.
