Hands down one of the most exciting and enchanting discoveries of 2022. This malachite included Tabular Barite cluster was recently found in the Shinkolobwe Mine, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Gorgeous deep electric green crystals of Malachite both in and on the Barite crystals look absolutely amazing, even moreso in person. This is a really nice specimen and in good condition overall. Both minerals are on display here showing the best qualities of both. The Barite has beautiful crystal structure with a glassy luster and incredible transparency while the Malachite has incredible green color saturation and is very chatoyant.
