A vintage Elgin watch, this one featuring a very nice "raw" dial with no paint or special finishing other than the protective lacquer. Gold plated case, featuring a steel back. Swiss made manual wind caliber 883. Wears like a true classic watch from its era (1960s). Light scratches through the case and crystal, but no flaking off on the gold plating. Runs very well and accurately (tested on a span of 3 days with daily wear and brief winding throughout the day).
