Unmarked. I believe these are Baldwin candlesticks that are missing their felt bottoms with the brand logo.

In excellent vintage condition. As these candlesticks are vintage brass, they do show some marks and spots; natural brass also acquires a darkening patina. I have not polished these candlesticks with a brass cleaner.
