These are chase cards, specifically H1, H2, H3, and H4, that were inserted into packs of the 1991 Star Trek Official Trading Cards Series One and Two sets.
The cards feature iconic characters and starships from the franchise, including Captain Kirk and Captain Picard.
The top two cards depict the USS Enterprise and the USS Enterprise-D starships.
The bottom left card features Captain Jean-Luc Picard, and the bottom right card features Captain James T. Kirk.
They all have been in sleeves since 1990s
In my opinion they all seem to be in good shape.
