The Demon X-treme Heavy Duty Race Spec Tie Rod is an essential element for your build that you wouldn't want to overlook. The tie rods are made from aircraft-grade 7075 T6 billet aluminum, CNCed into shape. 7075 aluminum is known for its outstanding strength, superior strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance, making it THE top-tier material for tie rod application.

To keep up with structual integrity, we use chrome and zinc-plated heavy duty Chromoly steel rod ends for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. The PTFE lined joints are self-lubricating and maintenance free, together with the high quality CR boot protecting from dust and liquid, providing you long lasting performance and durability.

The tie rods are designed with opposite threads on either ends, allowing on-board adjustment of the toe angle of the front wheels any time you need by simply turning the rod by hands, all while the vehicle is sitting on its own weight. After adjustment, simply tighten the jam nuts to prevent unwanted changes.
