This is a previously owned and very good condition, It is an authentic German Erzgebirge handcraft, made in the Ore Mountains.
The figure depicts a night watchman with a lantern and halberd (the staff he is holding), reflecting a traditional role.
It is a "wobble" or "teeter" figure, designed to move. He measures just over 3 inches tall and he does teeter and wobble! I’m putting it down as good because it’s previously owned, but it is like new condition. He’s in very good shape. all listings that I found for this object was $80 up. I tried to give reasonable prices so everybody comes out ahead so that’s why I’m putting it in at $58.
