Vintage Painted Cast Metal Corded Table Lamp of Victorian Lady

This lovely little cast metal lamp in the shape of a Victorian Lady, painted a kind of vintage yellowish color, with some of the flowers on the front colored in. There are some parts that are chipped - some small spots on the front of the girl, but most prominently a larger spot on the back, where the paint is chipped and there is a small crack in the metal as well. Please see pictures for a more accurate representation of all the flaws.
It does have a shade that comes with it, but the shade is currently missing the inner hardware thats meant to actually hold it in place, and the fabric is old and pretty torn up, so the shade would need some amount of work.
The lamp does work, but the cord does look quite aged, and could potentially benefit from a updated cord. But I am by no means an expert on electricity or lamps.
Others online with similar lamps have said they are from the 1920s, but I do not know that for a fact.
The girl is approximately 8.5" tall.
