Both have never been opened, and the Pez figures and candy inside is in mint condition.
TOS box is plastic is in mint/near mint condition with no flaw in can see
TNG box is Both plastic & paper and has a little dog-earing at the rear corners. Not noticeable from the front when displayed and very minor anyhow. I've included close up photos of the corners.
