Please read all of the details. This is a pre-owned fully functioning Hummingbird Vital Motion machine, which was designed for fibromyalgia. (I personally find its stimulation of the soleus muscle to enhance full body blood flow valuable for a different condition.)
I always use this machine by simply plugging it in and unplugging it at the end of my session, despite having access to the app. But if your phone is compatible with the Vital Motion app, you would also have the option of altering the strength of the vibration and watching a timer. Please be aware that not all phones are compatible any longer with the app. The hummingbird machine comes pre-set to a mid-level vibration.
I freaked out a bit when I’d learned this product was discontinued (I really depend on it!) and so purchased multiples—I need to part with one.
