These secretly developed stealth ships employed by Starfleet's black-ops organization Section 31, the Deimos-class fulfilled the role of mothership. Based on a smaller Federation design for an intelligence science destroyer, the Deimos stretched to a length of nearly 9,000 feet, with swarms of autonomous drones stored in the saucer-like wings on either side of its central spine. Like all Section 31 vessels, the Deimos was designed for subtlety and deniability. When entering dark mode, many of the ships' external structures folded in on themselves to reduce their silhouette, and all external lights cut out, rendering it nearly invisible in the vacuum of space. This highly detailed model replica of the Section 31 Deimos-class starship is based directly on the original VFX model to ensure extraordinary accuracy.
