Original owner. Includes the van, 5 puppies (Pound Puppies), 3 kittens (Pound Purries), and multiple accessories. I do believe it is missing pieces and I don't know if the included puppies/kittens are what originally came with the item.
Note: I did wipe down the item and all accessories with an alcohol wipe but didn't do a full deep clean. Unfortunately due to age some of the paint did start to come off/smudge (mostly noticeable on the outside of the van).
The inside of the van is still in pretty great condition. All trap doors/hiding places are still accessible (though some are a bit clunky to open). There are scuffs and a few points where the stickers are coming loose.
The outside of the van is pretty scuffed and the paint is smudged in a few areas where I tried to clean it. The van does still close and roll.
