Celebrate timeless maternal love with this elegant black jasperware plate, titled “Mother.” Marked “Wedgwood Made in England” on the reverse, this collectible features a raised classical relief of a seated woman embracing a child, accompanied by a small dog—symbolizing nurturing and loyalty. The classical relief design and gold laurel border are consistent with limited-edition Mother’s Day commemorative plates released in the early 1970s.
