True vintage late-80s/early-90s baby girl special occasion dress. Black velour with pink satin ribbon, puffy sleeves, lace/organza collar, rosebud accents, and faux pearl drop. Classic retro portrait/holiday style. Size 5 (fits more like 2t-3T). Made in the Philippines.

• Light vintage wear to velour
• All lace, bows, and pearls intact
• No stains or holes noted
•As with most vintage pieces, a gentle wash before wear is recommended. There’s a little residue by the zipper that should lift easily.(pictured)
