This is an earlier version of Alexandra from the time when production was shifting from Charles of the Ritz to Parlux. Although the distributor name on the base is Parlux, this bottle still uses the same formula and packaging style carried over from the Charles of the Ritz period. See photos for fill level. The term “Essence Mist” was used on earlier Alexandra de Markoff bottles during the Charles of the Ritz and early Parlux period. It refers to the same concentration as the Eau de Cologne spray, and the formula inside is the same. The wording was simply part of the branding used at that time. SEE PHOTOS FOR FILL LEVEL.
