This vintage dress features:
Beading and sequins in a floral/ leaf pattern
Flowy layered skirt with gathering at waist

Length, from top of shoulder to bottom of hem: 40"

Condition: Very good, with some slight staining. It is subtle and hard to capture, but I've tried to show in a photo.
