This is a Macbook Pro from 2012 with a few issues but mostly functional.
The logic board is good if putting into a new unit
This was the one of the higher tier models for the year, featuring an integrated GPU and has a higher resolution anti glare screen. MD104LL/A
This MacBook needs a new battery, but will hold some charge. It only had 70 cycles before but was left unused for some time. It might be able to be salvaged.
The screen has a small issue where a green or purple line shows up on the left side of the screen. I have tried to capture it in the photos but it is not 100% consistent. Might be a simple fix, and isn't very intrusive as is.
Selling as is, with charger.
