Handmade antique / vintage 40s party dress in deep electric blue silk velvet. Draped wrap front is generously sized, could easily fit D+ bust -- but fit & flare shape can also be cinched with belt to fit smaller (model is L / 12, 36D). Side Talon zip, shoulder pads, decorative original buttons on shoulders. EUC overall, had some small moth holes that were professionally fixed by backing with vintage velvet (last pic), only visible up close.
