RARE 9kt Gold 9c Victorian 1800’s Snake Ring Rose Gold Coiled Snake. Incredibly rare piece from the 1800’s fully hallmarked with the Birmingham England assay marks of 9k gold and the assay mark dates to the 1800’s, this is authentic Victorian NOT a remake! These are highly, highly coveted pieces and so hard to find especially with the snake in this pose with the expression it has! The head may have originally been fastened gather on the left side where the small mark is on the ring, I’m not sure, you can always get a jeweler to take a look at it but I feel it’s absolutely perfect as is. This is a very wearable size which is hard to find with these rings (size 7). The entire ring is the snakes body coiled up, his tail sits just under his head! This is a must have for a serious collector!
