This is a really beautiful and stylish ring made of 925 Silver with a 14K gold Vermeil finish. The face of the ring is designed to look like pave diamonds. I was able to find two actual small diamonds within the textured finish. They do test positive with the diamond tester. The ring is in very good condition because it's been packed away in my storage facility 20+ years, unworn. I'm not sure who makes the ring but I can tell you it's Mark 925 Canada and the letters C&A.
