This charming Antique Stereo Viewer that comes with 15 super-rare stereo cards is AMAZING. Wait a minute, you exclaim! What is a stereo viewer? Glad you asked.

An antique stereo viewer, also known as a stereoscope, is a device that creates a 3D image from two slightly different photographs mounted side-by-side. It was a popular form of home entertainment from the 1850s to the 1930s, using two lenses to combine the two images into a single three-dimensional picture, simulating depth and bringing landscapes, historical events, and cityscapes to life.

This one is probably manufactured by the company Keystone. I’ve included some AMAZING historical stereocards with this viewer. Want to see what the moon looked like in 1891…this rare card is included. How about a candid shot of a middle-aged Theodore Roosevelt? It’s included. There’s even an early Niagara Falls winter photo and a dozen more historical gems included.

Collectors go crazy for these cards and more can be found online!
