14 inches laying flat across the bust, 16.25 inches laying across the drop waist, 13.5 inches laying across the actual waist, 30.5 inches top to bottom. This dress has zero stretch. It looks like it was taken in at the bust so if you know how to sew you may be able to take it out some.
