OOAK Upcycled/Reclaimed Vintage Assemblage Necklace "Blue Festoon"

Newly created out of vintage reclaimed components from earrings, bracelets, and necklaces I use recycled parts that are quite old, and show age. The necklace features 3 white painted filigree metal architectural AND structural pieces, that are both central to the design and also anchors that connect all the other pieces together, including the chain fringe at the very bottom of the center drop. A few pieces of silver tone metal chains swag & dangle as fringe. A long center drop gives this festoon a very dramatic runway/statement pop! It's a real attention getter!
Necklace has an adjustable section in back, so that you can make the first layer a choker, or let it hang a little further down Drop in the center is 6" long
