Rare hard to find, Goebel West German modernist cat figurine. Designed and signed by George Selim on the back left leg, this grey Persian kitty has a smooth darker grey body and paws with a textured geometric designed white and grey head and tail. The green, orange, and black eyes seem alert. Bears the Goebel stamp used until 1990 and marked © Goebel W Germany 1984. Embossed 13902 13 above the mark.
Measures 10 1/2" by 5 1/2" tall to the tip of the tail by 4 1/2" at the widest.
Previously owned and in good condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The pictures are part of the description.
