The detail in this spoon is amazing! The bowl of the spoon has a beautifully detailed image of the state capitol building of Springfield Illinois. The handle starts at the top with a very detailed image of Abraham Lincoln. As you work your way down the handle, you also find the Lincoln home, an eagle, the Lincoln Monument and on the back the State House, Ford's Theater, the log cabin where Lincoln was born and other design elements. This is a BEAUTIFUL spoon. It is in good vintage condition with a good amount of tarnish and some light scratches. With a good polishing, this spoon would really shine or leave it as is with it's beautiful patina. The spoon is almost 6" in length and weighs 27.3 g. (Bin#MSP1)
