Vintage 1980s Giovinezza Moda by Rocco, luxury brand, red leather skirt. Meant to be worn very high at the waist, the waistline does have a little stretch to it. The tag says 8 but the fit measures more to an XSmall size 2. Condition like new, no signs of wear or flaws.
