Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue Evening Purse - Italy. Gold-tone hard shell minaudière evening bag with embossed linear texture pattern; chocolate brown felt lining. The multi-loop chain can be tucked inside to convert to hand/clutch bag. The gold-tone clasp snaps in place but does show some chain marks (shown in pictures). Saks sold these during the 1960-70s. Overall, a stunning bag for your special occasion, wedding, girls night out or prom.
Estate find in good vintage condition; overall gold-tone shows no tarnish. Saks Fifth Avenue label on interior. Clasp shows some chain scratches (pictured). Interior is very clean; non-smoking home. Chain drop 17" with a 33" chain. Measures approx. 6.75" W and 4" H
