This 3DS XL (LL) is a Japanese import. It has custom firmware installed in order to unlock the region and change the language to English. There are no games loaded onto the device, but you're welcome to do with it what you want.
The system comes with a 4GB SD card, a charger and a case (not pictured). It is in good condition but shows signs of use. The screens are both scratch free, there is a bit of dust inside the top screen but I didn't notice until I turned the screens off. I took photos of condition as best I could. It has been cleaned and tested fully.
