We've had this for years but it's been mostly stored and/or moved around the last 15 years:[ Brand: Unknown. Says: NOEL. Color: Red and Off-White(tad iridescent) tinsel. Frame/lettering 'NOEL' is made out of metal (pretty sturdy). NOEL is NOT in perfect or new shape- but in overall good shape especially considering it's age & being a wall decoration. Metal is starting to rust here & there (the worst is seen on the back where there is no tinsel coving up the metal). Tinsel covering the metal is in acceptable shape as it has some spots/areas here & there that might not be as full of tinsel as it use to. Off-white tinsel letters are discolored (dust & age). Over the years, I wipe it down with a damp cloth so tinsel comes off a little each time I do that but it's still not bare. Has a thin silver string to hang it up. PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES-
