Please know: This is an item from my own personal closet. It was worn a few times and does have some normal fading consistent with a few wears however there is also a tear at the side seam under the pocket (see photos provided). It is lined with a slip so it is not a see through hole, but it would probably be an easy repair for someone who can sew since its on the seam.

Upper body is done in black stretch material and has a flattering scoop cut and higher empire waist
The lower skirting is done in challis. It is lined with a slip lining.
