This listing is for a lovely Southwest/Native America style sterling silver tie tack. Love the dynamic, whimsical design of this little beauty. There is a good amount of stamped detailing and the semiprecious stone (perhaps turquoise?) eyeball is set with a sawtooth bezel. The bird measures roughly 1 7/16 x 1/2". The bird is not marked, but the tarnishing and aroma of the metal is typical to sterling silver. The backing and chain are some other type of metal as they are magnetic. The piece is in good vintage condition, but by no means is it perfect as there is some surface wear/tarnishing present throughout. As we all have our own preference in regards to the surface finish we like on our jewelry, I will not be doing any cleaning/polishing of this piece. I'll leave that decision to the buyer.
