Check out this little cutie! This 60s black hat has a short brim and a wide mesh veil. It’s fairly rigid and the fabric almost feels like horse hair. There is a Grossgrain ribbon band and bow in black. The mesh can either be worn down or flipped over the top of the hat. There is a layer over the top of the hat already. No noted flaws. The size of the hat is quite small and suitable for an adult woman with a very small head. Measuring the interior. The circumference is approximately 21 inches around. The brim is approximately 1 inch and turns up slightly.
