Vintage paperweight clock penholder.
It's made of a heavy, brushed silver tone metal with a black felt lining on the bottom. It has an arch that goes over the top and is made from frosted yellow acrylic. It has chunky silver screws that fasten in to shiny silver metal end pieces. The acrylic plate has a pen holder for a singular pen. The front has an analog clock face that's watch sized. The face is slightly askew so instead of 12 being at the very top, it's tiled to have the space between 12 and 1 at the very top. The clock hasn't been tested, but it's accessible from under the arch so that batteries can be replaced and the time adjusted. The front has "Act With Integrity" engraved into it. This is in good used vintage condition so there are tape marks on the felt, and some scratching and wear along the base. Super unique vintage piece!
