Fabulous statement of a hat by Sal Originals of New York! It is loaded with colorful pheasant feathers, some dyed shades of orange and yellow and some natural. It is in good condition from an estate and circa 1960s. The only flaw I can see is a glue spot on the inside from where there must have been a feather repair. It measures 21" in circumference around the inside, please see pictures for details and measurements.
