This is a Chupa Chups ballpoint pen that was released in limited quantities in 2015.
The remaining ink is as shown in the photos, and the handle is dirty and some of the patterns are peeling off. Also, the red ballpoint pen's clip is weak and it seems difficult to clip it to paper.
*All pens work and the ink comes out without any problems, but they are quite old, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about their condition.
