Excellent Vintage Condition pair of Skookum dolls, which are collectible, Native American-themed souvenir dolls. These dolls are from my own personal Native American collection. I have personally had them in my collection for over 40 years. They are in their original box wrapped in plastic. I prefer not to unwrap them as they have been in this condition for over 40 years but I can remove them if needed. Skookum dolls were mass-produced between 1917 and 1949, originally by Mary McAboy and later by companies like the H. H. Tammen Co.
They are known for their distinctive features, including painted composition heads with side-glancing eyes and bodies built from wood sticks, dressed in traditional Native American-inspired clothing.
My sons have no interest in my collection so it’s time for me to scale down.
