These encyclopedias are in very good condition the ONLY issue is a slight discoloration on the spines of some. It looks like it was where the sun shinned through a window and hit them. Other than that they look new. This is an awesome set of encyclopedias that would be a great addition to any library, and a great way to show the newer generation how to get information in a different way than
