Vintage Clarion PE-430 superminiature 8-track car stereo in original box with wiring, mounting bracket, hardware, and owner’s guide.
Measures approx 7" D x 5.5" L
Made in Malaysia, early to mid 1970s. Features discrete 2-channel 4-program playback, front tone, volume, and balance sliders, and program indicator lights.
Includes correct period mounting plate, faceplate trim, factory screws, and original paperwork with specs.
Condition: Unit shows age-related wear, dust, and surface marks from decades of storage. Slight vintage smell. The faceplate comes off kinda easy—unsure if it’s supposed to be this way. Box has wear. Tape playback and electronics are untested, sold as-is for restoration, display, or classic car authenticity.
