Authentic vintage circa 1940's-1950's, this wool open front jacket was hand made in Mexico from red wool and embroidered with Mexican themes for the tourist trade -- it's a fantastic example of wearable folk art! Due to the open front the fit is somewhat flexible, please see the measurements in photos. Estimated to fit like an adult size medium.
Overall the jacket is structurally sound and wearable, and due to the intricate design presents well, but it is not without flaws including stains, missing embroidery, and holes. Please see the many detailed photos for examples.
