These are preowned. I would say they were made in the 1970s but they are unmarked so can not be sure. No board included so it is for 32 pieces only.
Overall they look to be in pretty good condition. They were stored away and may have a few imperfections such as rough edges from being used but I did not see anything more than normal age that would show up in the pictures, the color shading they have covers up most age they would show. Please look at all photos carefully. I am not sure of the exact stone this set is made of. They are a nice blue and a lighter shade of I would say pink.
